Good point.. may I add that if the NSS crowd is unsure that they will be able to short it back down, they will be more cautious about flooding the stock with artificial liquidity.

Of course if Missling does the release the data and follow it shortly with a partnership announcement they might get caught with their hand in the cookie jar and get their just desserts.

Either way we should see some nice price appreciation.

Relax. Have a glass of milk. No, the company needn't do any such silly things. Partnerships, licensing deals, M&A, etc aren't dictated by "threats from the short cabal". These are real businessmen and scientists.
