I stated many times these types of cases are usually on contingency. Any legal fees in any yearly reports were likely for filings and other things for the company. Bottom line we will never know about the Microsoft settlement because they made sure that it would not get disclosed. Microsoft looks a lot better if they show they paid almost 5 million rather let's say 9 or 10 million if it was around there. I am very familiar with this type of lawsuit and they typically have to give 40% to 50%.

Subsequent Events
In January 2016, our litigation with an outside party was settled. As part of the settlement, we will receive a payment of $4.9 million, net of legal fees, which will be recorded as other income in the first quarter of 2016.
