Almost three years. From the 10K:

"On March 28, 2013 the Company initiated patent litigation against an outside party. As of March 31, 2015, the case was in full discovery, the pre-trial hearing was held, and the deliberations were continuing. M ediation took place in May 2015 to discuss a potential settlement, and on January 15, 2016, the parties reached a settlement in the matter."

I'm pretty sure it was around three years or so. I held a position here for a good while and followed the court proceedings closely as I have access to online court records. I finally bailed after so many reverse splits. Good luck to all!
