Of course they admitted a loss. But in no way was it frivolous NONSENSE LITIGATION It would not have been a total lost cause if the Mexican courts weren't so screwed up.

Nor did BGL ever do anything like this :
BGL ADMITED THE MINES BELONG TO $$ SRGE AFTER ALL THE CORRUPT LIES!!!!

BGL invested the lion's share of the funds that went into the CM....SRGE, of course, never owned anything, leases, mines or what have you. Not did they spend any money or do anything but fraudulently scam you longs.....

Sorry, but longs will never see a dime from this ex-scam.
