Nasdaq Uplist 60 days after Tranche 2 closes at the earliest. We are only 1/3 through Tranche 1. I think it will take another 6 months to complete everything in Tranche 2. Great news you can relax now. Any Nasdaq uplist and r/s would be sometime around Christmas if they need one to go to Nasdaq only. Do you realize how high the stock price could be by the time they are looking to uplist to Nasdaq.??? Much, much, much higher. imho
