You say if built out companies will allow CMM to access their networks.I find it hard believe you don't know CMM as a MVNO has had access to China Moblle for years,and they are the giant in China.They got access to China Unicom a few months ago,they are the second largest.They have signed contracts with Starhub of Singapore.They sell 4g services in Japan and other Asian nations.If you could help me out,what do you mean,if built out companies will allow CMM to use their networks?
