IMO,the boot brothers will do whatever it takes to prevent the evidence to be heard in the state case. That means they will settle to avoid criminal charges that will follow for illegal acts, theft of trade secrets and patent fraud.

They know what they did. They got caught. That is why they have been delaying for three years.
