Can I use common sense in pennyland? There's so much potential
with a clean corporation like SHOM. I Wouldn't think the merging party would have any other intentions than building and growing a better SHOM

I think Jeff has probably learned a lot about people and business
deals, (see sticky post #15131) and has done the right thing for the greater good of SHOM
