I wish I knew what to think.

Without AUDITED financials all we can do is guess.

Something definitive from Dr. Moran would have been nice.

And you know what else......why are we in the position that we have to take a guess at everything here????

Heck, we really know nothing definitive about this company.

They were probably issued to Moran as per his pay package. Since 2011 he has been entitled to a bonus of 1% of the outstanding shares when certain revenue targets are hit. 5 years of hitting those targets adds up.
