LOLOL. there is no chance of ever getting the patent back ... under any circumstances.
What mystifies many people, is why does IFUS now want back a patent that they voluntarily abandoned and, for more than a year, spent time every day telling people how utterly worthless the patent was anyway? very bemusing, to say the least!
