This will never halt or get suspended for three important reasons:

a. Dewmar is always in communication with the SEC
b. No pumping, diluting, or toxic finance done by the company
c. The volume traded on a daily basis is anemic and it will barely register on the radar screen for anybody to look at it.

The background noises this board may seem a lot but it has no bearing on the stock volume, as it is super low. Essentially, it's a venting mechanism that has no technical effect on the stock or its trending.

In conclusion, the stock is safe and in an idle mode, waiting for real news. Yes it can move either up or down but it has no technical meaning as long as the trade remain well below 1% of the OS.
