MrS72, I spoke to Ilene by Twitter, as I have over the years, and she has agreed to raise Escrow Share Marker Question(s). Specifically, Guidance to the Amount and Time of Payment / Compensation.

Update: Ilene Slatko (Delaware Shareholder Services) will be representing the Petition group of Shareholders on June 1st (New York). Thats a certainty.
