So is manipulating a stock price up in order to sell (either open a short or close a long).
A hell of a lot more pumping than bashing in the world, yet not nearly the same anger about that crowd.
A few on this board have been pushing for NW to take action to manipulate the PPS up. Never heard any objections from the board. I guess this type behavour is only bad when it goes against you?
BTW, naked shorting is also not in itself illegal.
