Because the TWO Chinese Multi-Billion dollar conglomerates who bought the shares of CDNL probably have so many connections in China with Government officials they will have 250 Redbirds placed around China and the stock price will be 20 or 30 times higher than what they paid. Thats why I think they paid that much

The two players who paid 10.4 cents per share sound like they know what they are doing a lot more than you and I.
