May I kindly ask you to answer two questions that impress me very much:

1. Did you ever consider to endorse Mr.Simpson72's petition or to
sign it ?

2. Put the case you are asked to represent a group of displeased
WMIH - shareholders in conjunction with Ms. Slatko at the shareholder
meeting June 1, 2016 in N.Y., would you do it ?

I hope I didn't ask inappropriate questions, but you know, given that you are a very well respected person on this MB, I'm sure your answers would clarify a lot for us Joe Sixpacks !!!
