The R/S may be Paychest plan eventually, but they have no cash to even pay for the name change. Without a name change being done first, new company shares cannot be distributed.....

If anything, those Paychest folks shot themselves in the foot by suggesting an R/S. Insiders can't sell anymore paper to newbies...

Scoop , you are partially correct. Moron scam companies like this one try to gain credibility by changing their story to match reality....this one had to announce an R/S since that is the only way it can survive dumping shares.... and we all can see that they love to 'fleece' shareholders....

I love how this scam now admits to it fleecing...... good thing we have boards like this one where the lower I.Q scammers can be busted/ exposed..... pretty obvious to pick the bozos out.

This empty shell scam is really hurting if it has to resort to the common and over used scam tactics of dumping , false PRs, and R/Sing
Investors who know how it works avoid idiots like this one.....
