While it's been suggested by several here (myself included) that Huff would be excellent as CTO, and Dumas as CEO... is that a likely scenario, since Dumas currently resides in London? Would he be an effective CEO from there, or would he be willing to uproot and move to the US?
The responsibilities of a CEO would be significantly greater than that of Chairmain of the Board.
