LOL, the only smuggling was done by the EX-directors of IFUS-SE, Joe and Steve, who tried to smuggle a patent application through the US patent office with fraudulent claims of no prior art and no knowledge of prior art and claims they invented the prior art they stole from IFUS-SE while directors of IFUS and IFUS-SE

Try reading the appropriate commentary from Judge Ungora. Blame it on Serafini if you wish. We all know that cry baby WAWA is always the victim. The facts, however, and the law say differently. MW was responsible for trying to smuggle a claim in an unauthorized claim past the court.

I should have known that since MW was brazen enough to call Serafini a perjurer and an incompetent, that he would be quite willing to throw Serafini under the bus in an effort to sluff off the responsibility for trying to smuggle in a claim.

Anyway one looks at it, WAWA cannot blame being labeled a "SCIENTER" and one who "Clearly and obviously intended to defraud ...," on any one else.

Fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud, wire fraud, etc, etc, etc ... all of them are felonies and then there is RICO. With any luck, MW will have a cell mate that will listen to him blame it on someone else.
