Dude, it's about relative value...if they rs say 1 for 2 then the PPS doubles instantly so you still have the same acct value.

If an acquirer values Titan at say $3 Billion (and Titan wants to sell out) then I think they don't have to touch o/s (in other words NOT do an rs)

* I don't want an RS but feel institutions may want in and pressure JH to do so to get on a better exchange. To do that, they must meet minimum PPS requirements. They do a nice Bloom Burton conf which is great but no bigguns can touch her on the OTC at where she trades at.

Note: TRXC did just that (upgraded their exchange) - again, I do not want an rs

I think when it's all said and done, we will have about 225 million outstanding shares and be "taken out" around 3.098 Billy or approx. $13.75/share. No need to rs - None !!

You are absolutely correct. O/S is definitely meaningful. I dont understand why people dont get the simple math and how dilution affects pps. Say for instance ISRG had double their current O/S, their pps would be half what it is now even though the market cap stays the same.
