If NRTI gets the proceeds then why would TRTC pay 1.6 million to do so?? Especially for a brand that has poor revenues and margins???

There is nothing, if Micheal James doesn't screw the people NRTI owes money to, there is nothing here. Never really was. NRTI was in debt.
