I think the price was 1.2 million and what was purchased is still unclear IMHO......but based on what I read..... it appears whatever value NRTI has is now owned by TRTC..... The way they are transferring the assets ((IF TRUE)) are not transparent and will effect the both companies in a negative way as time moves forward IMHO....

I said many times on $RTC board, DP and wife and these shady people DP is surrounded with, won't likely do anything. Their lasted was is to R/S the current shareholders all the while not R/S'ing the insider shares. The scam is full circle.
