They made an acquisition but I think the bigger announcement was they cut of negotiations for a licensing agreement with a company that on the surface seemed kind of shady even though they were a nasdaq company (no volume....ever).
They already have licensing agreements with some other Nasdaq companies like DNAI and MIRN.
There was just very little volume at all after the initial run up.
