I owned two legitimate companies that I continuously lent personal funds to keep operational. No they weren't public it doesn't matter. Hogwash would be that there are "unsuspecting" investors. It's all public in case you haven't noticed , so to be "unsuspecting one would have to be blind to what's in front of them in black and white. Name me one unsuspecting investor. This statement is completely false. BIEL stopped diluting since Dec 2015.
Please provide any proof to corroborate your statement.
