I said "we are going to be moving on up like in the Jefferson's), well that conservative call is right where we are 10%. Others here thought the ups would double. My flip flopping yesterday was due to a cagey worded PR, first I thought it was positive, then negative, then positive and now negative again. So sue me for being inconsistent but I can't help but misinterpreting their pr....it is so professionally done that an attorney must have had a hand in it along with a media expert. Once again form over content.
