I dont the law suit threat has much to do with where we are. Its the normal ebb and flow imo... and I made a mistake of not trusting my own gut feeling and fell for that fake last bump in price. Should have got out in the .009s... but I'll tell you something. Don't listen to anybody on these boards, including me. Some people here have affiliations they should be acknowledging but the law doesn't make them. Notice how the most vocal of promoters of this stock have mostly disappeared and moved on to their next p and d.
