Lots of plots and "IFs" are needed as you indicated. That said, there seems to be general consensus here even that whatever happened with FIRNA/Kent/EV was likely a bit ugly so they are already aware of some of the EV shenanigans. Add to that Wyoming, which was also privy to that name change circus, and the likely illegal actions of EV, with possibly others, and it becomes a very possible outcome.

Wyoming is such a business friendly state it would be shocking if they tried to criminally prosecute Vakser.

Officers in a Wyoming corporation can't be held responsible for corporate debt.

Wyoming is the new Nevada for scam corporations.

I don't think Linduff ever had access to the Wyoming SOS site and never did any Corporate filings.

The Annual report was filed on 04/26 and then amended on 04/29. I think Vakser understood his name on the corporate filings was a bad idea.

I have looked and can't find any information about the state of Wyoming accusing Vakser of fraud.

And nothing would have been investigated and Vakser indicted since 04/26.
