IMO-->>IF<<--Eddie and his partner (Howling "Chief Wahoo McDaniel" ;) altered court documents, forged signatures etc in order to illegally re-take control of 3D Entertainment(aka Oak River Technology INC) and >>IF<< the Wyoming Attorney General or other officials are preparing criminal charges against these-- then what's to stop Kent from arguing to the SEC, FINRA etc. that HE should rightly run this toxic ticker on behalf of investors?

What are the odds he could convince them to nullify or strip those old toxic/ quasi-criminal obligations (Jablon, Kaley, McGuire, Blumenthal, Gibilisco, Vakser, Tassan, Otiz etc) and let him run a clean ticker?

Not saying that will happen.. just asking if it's possible. Till then we're all...
