I anticipate there will be further delay in releasing severely delinquent financials...and won't be surprised if present audit accounting firm is replaced.

Yea a punch to the gut when the financials come out months late looking like garbage as always. Then the knockout punch from the company will come when they deal another R/S and blame it on their newest carrot " mezzanine financing" which is another crock of crapola from this company. Think how much money could have been made shorting this garbage.
