That is spot on. This is no longerca merger play imo it is now a sell shares to pay for a lawsuit play. Gdsi has nothing left. They are toasted imo. Pretty sad, I too thought this was going to be a winner. We all knew they would increase shares but no big deal with a huge merger but to increase with no merger is certain death. Its over guys!! Get out with what you can imo. Not hating and I wish all of you tons of money!! Best of luck
