Tell me this afford. When the Phase V report came out, the visceral reaction on this board was that everything in it was ridiculous, absurd, baseless, etc. Yet here we are almost 4 months down the road and some of the best lawyers in the country still haven't yet come up with a solid explanation or rebuttal. Will you admit this mess has turned out to be a little more complicated than everyone here initially claimed?
