I stand corrected, it was Irwin, the judge that Wallace thought he could influence through ex-parte communication, that was promoted to Nation's spot. Wallace made a fool of himself in that court too.
So you think 70 is to young to retire? Nations was well loved and respected in the community - and he ordered Wallace to get an attorney because he could see that he was about to engage in abuse of process.
Too bad that the Delaware judge wasn't so insightful.
Obviously this is not a pivotal issue to me, and these court battles only served to delay the adoption of GeckoSystems tech by draining funds from the company. I see a cause of action for shareholders to sue Wallace too - in Georgia - where he will probably be forced to hire an attorney. Who knows, maybe they can hire Nations to represent them.
