Obviously this is not a pivotal issue to me, and these court battles only served to delay the adoption of GeckoSystems tech by draining funds from the company. I see a cause of action for shareholders to sue Wallace too - in Georgia - where he will probably be forced to hire an attorney. Who knows, maybe they can hire Nations to represent them.
