I wouldn't be surprised to see the re-cert not be any measurable event, just like WA going live last summer wasn't when many thought it would be. I could be wrong but people get all excited about some event and then if fizzles and the narrative becomes feds need to make it legal... that's what they said last year on many of the boards after WA went live and nothing really happened in the share price across the sector. Then in Aug 2015, for no reason, many of the MJ stocks got a nice bump... only to lose it all over the next months.
