Just working through the reconciliation of the filings. I adjusted the post.

10K sez $60K in debt was converted. Matches the shares noted as converted and disposed. But there haven't been prior Form 4s indicating sales.

Anyway ..... HEP Investments apparently has done something with over 800,000 shares.

As you know, IMO, mgmt isn't getting the job done but for some reason HEP Investments is comfortable with how things are going. I am certain there is more going on than shareholders are being told. But, that isn't acceptable either.
