What ever happened to the treble damages issue in HRS/ERICY? What ever happened to the "mandate"? Is it possible that ERICY was able to satisfy all involved that they were on the brink of bankruptcy and that the mandate was settle or we will bo belly up?

Count, you must be kidding

This is the company that gave us a weather report from KOP in March.(the sun was shining at the time) Unfortunately it got overcast when they sold shortly afterwards. It brightened up again in May when they released news of Rimm and a Japanese company becoming licensees. They again they sold within a week or two and it got gloomy once more. Frankly I'm now primed to take the good news followed by the sales rather than the quiet(I hope not before the storm) that we have been experiencing.
