Drugdoctor, CHLO hasn't filed with SEC for a long time

but continues to trade shares.

Own a stock that didn't file on time so an "E" was added to ticker symbol. That gives the company a 30 day grace period to file. Do you know if the company will be removed from trading if they don't file after 30 days?

I don't remember what happened when CHLO stopped filing.
