There is no such thing as a MSJ/SRGE shareholder...MSJ is a private company and owes nothing to SRGE shareholders.SRGE is a dead worthless played out scam, banned from trading by the SEC in Dec 2012 for issuing false statements and put on the gray sheets where they remain!!!Silly to think SRGE shares are worth anything!!!Pure fantasy!!
