Really,

You know about HEP Investments ? LOL. This is ZIVO's primary lender. That is all.

1. It ain't a small hedge fund.
2. 1 - 4 yr investor ? LOL ..... members of HEP Investments have been in this stock way longer than 4 years. And the original HEP Investments is now over 3 years old.

Read a little closer now ..... I get what it says. Filings merely necessary for annual proxy which was also filed today.

LOL .... shareholder meeting set for October 4, 2016 .... LOL .... 5 months away.
