Yes, but some of those positives we are waiting for confirmation on. And we can't pretend there aren't any negatives. Like the missing 10k. I know the 10k isn't going to look pretty, but we all know the Q1 is where we will start seeing the shift. He just needs to release it, no matter what it looks like.

There was certainly deception when Schadel tried to convince investors that the TSGL deal was a arm's length transaction - that was more than deception - it will end up the undoing of the LTNC scam and Schadel. The valuation of 4 branches for $3 million was amusing - but fraudulent.

There was deception when Schadel didn't inform shareholders about the Federal Tax Lien.
