Let me help you further with regard to the 10Q produced by this company. I will take statements from the last 10Q which will no doubt be the same on the upcoming 10Q:

Therefore, effective internal control over financial reporting provides only reasonable, and not absolute, assurance that a restatement of our financial statements would be prevented or detected."....
This is OTC pinkie legalese that basically makes the 10Q a worthless document. Nothing in the 10Q need be accurate based upon these statements.
