would agree, there has been some smell around this for a while now. Also not surprised to see the K share being mentioned here. Will be interesting to see this plays out.
This is not quite true unless one considers filing out a web page and providing a credit card number a process as suggested in this post. There has been no communication, other than the online filing, with Wyoming from Eddie Vakser according to the director and her assistant at Wyoming SOS.
