Nope, as I just spoke with both the Wyoming SOS & our SEC attorney's but what I will Sticky is that Kenneth D. Linduff appears to have committed more Fraud as he used the original settlement agreement to have the state amend the annual report & reinstate him...yep that same settlement agreement that he, himself, Kent Linduff & esq. Doug Burford have petitioned to have rescinded ;-) & filed said with the Texas Court Clerk.
