that is some funny smell as per WyomingSOS themselves Edward Vakser used his Super K & after his petitioning of the state actually had the state reinstate him ;-)
Wow, that is very interesting and significant. Why and How would Kent have this updated back if he was PERMANENTLY gone or his goal was that? This wasn't the "way" I saw this story continuing, step-wise, but certainly supports what I still believe might occur.
Rescission of not, and it seems like it was "completed", his appointment to the board and EVs removal was a completely separate action and wasn't a condition or "deliverable" of the settlement agreement. If one reads the recitals, EV and crew had already agreed to "leave" on 9/3/15 and the The settlement agreement was on 9/30/2015.
"WHEREAS, on or about September 3, 2015, Vakser agreed to resign his position as a Director of the Company, to effect the resignations of the other then-serving officers and directors of the Company"
On 9/11/2015 - The resignation of EV's crew and also the appointment of Kent to the board and also CEO was confirmed as completed and disclosed, read below.
"...announces the resignation of Scott Weinert as chairman and CEO, the resignation of James S. Tassan as acting CFO and Eddie Vakser as Director. The board has received a new slate of directors consisting of three sole board members: Oak River Technology CEO Kent Linduff, as Chairman TDEY, Ken Holderbaum, Director TDEY and Linda Linduff, Secretary Treasurer TDEY. At this time the new board of directors would like to thank Mr. Weinert, Mr. Tassan and Mr. Vakser for their services while wishing them much success with their future business aspirations.
The lengths of folks who are desperately trying to get rid of TDEY stock are so weak and sick that not even the wolves will eat their stock. The facts are right there in front of everyone in the Wyoming SOS. Edward vakser has regained this stock. Plain and simple
