This story unfortunately ended years ago when the Sec suspended trading SRGE and put it on the gray sheet for issuing false statements.In Feb 2013 it appears MSJ,a private company acquired whatever dubious assets SRGE may have owned,To think any sort of buyout is coming is absolutely delusional as there is nothing left to buy out but a few billion shares of worthless SRGE stock.PARTY OVER,MONEY GONE,FLUSHED,VANISHED,LOST!!!!
