65Million people in UK wyatt - some should tell Boot they need 300K - 500K of each SKU physically in their DC to handle on-line orders and store replenishment and then open-to-buy from those minimums to handle surges . . . . That's only 150 to 250 units for 2,000 stores and on-line orders as DC inventory back-up! One newspaper article empties the entire pipeline . . . . . . It is worth the inventory investment to cater to your customer needs for the top runners in the pain category!!!!!!
