Let's try and figure this out.

Joe and Steve are working for IFUS until July 13th 2013.

They get the boot. They start their own company on
July 15th 2013.

Could it be they were planning this while they were working
for IFUS. They would have to steal our secrets while they
were still working for us.

That is ILLEGAL. Would two honest people like Joe and Steve
do such an ILLEGAL thing.
