Joe, you must have me confused with someone else. I haven't brought up the banking issue that I recall. I have brought up on numerous occasions Kevin announcing and then missing deadlines that are both SEC mandated and self imposed. This is still a big issue for me but I am a long supporter here with a large position at a very low entry point, so I want this stock and company to succeed. Before all the haters start, I have a small role in prepping the10K's for my company involving data cleansing and submission, then involvement on the quarterly earnings calls with the street. We are a smallish mid sized company but we are NYSE listed. 10K's can and should be filed in a timely manner quite easily.
