You have no idea of how a live video conference is properly handled.
You imply that EPGL has the same problem.
Calls are first screened then delay recorded before presentation to the floor.

Ive been on plenty of live, interactive calls without incident. And there are simple ways to ask questions without it being chaotic. The easiest is where listeners can type questions on the web page.

So if Hayes is not going to answer questions, then he should just update his web page or Twitter feed and let us read that, no need to refer to it as a "call", if its just to hear a speech with no interaction.

Maybe a Youtube channel would help?
