Well then they aren't "live" are they using your scenario? I've been on hundreds of earnings calls, analyst calls, secure VTCs, live stream podcasts, and seen it done many different ways.
What you missed in your reading comprehension of my last post was the "live" question about material information that I posed. There is very little upside for a company CEO to field live voice questions from public participants. The best format I have seen is the live forum simulcast where shareholders could type in questions and the CEO would pick and choose what to answer.
You have no idea what I know and don't know. Obviously.
