Counting from March 3, the date of the SEC filing, 60 days ends on May 1- a Sunday. Follower brings up an interesting point-- what if the lender exercises their right to buy the warrants at $3.00 even though the pps stays where it is now, just to secure the right to buy all those other warrants down the road?
